Surf Programs
Our main focus is creating more flow in our student’s surfing. We categorize surfing into three main areas of progression those being technical, aquatic and ocean wisdom.
On the technical side we will train you through a tailored mix of coached surf sessions, video analysis, strength and mobility, land drills and surf skate. On the aquatic side your training will be a mix of bodysurfing, open water swimming, flat water training and water safety. And on the ocean wisdom part we teach you basic oceanography and how to read and understand the dynamic water in the surf.

Ocean Skills Program
Holistically based on respect and love for the ocean, this program tailors a training opportunity for fellow ocean admirers to master the ability to visualize, anticipate and react around ocean motions.
This program is developed by Ocean Moves and is based on 5 basic open water recommendations that are considered the backbone of the lifeguard’s information work, because most situations that go wrong can be explained by the fact that one or more of these 5 foundations were not complied with. It is divided in three basic layers of practice: movement, guided observations and basic oceanography.
On the movement aspect, we will teach you about efficient swimming techniques in open water, how to navigate rip currents, swim on waves, bodysurf and about water safety techniques. During our observational and theoretical classes, you will learn the science behind swells, tides, rip currents, wind and how the water interacts with different geographical elements of the coastline which result in predictable patterns that are legible on the water texture.
