OceanMoves shares the knowledge and skills needed to help you recognize and anticipate ocean patterns, develop aquatic agility and intuition and nurture your own surfing style. Coaching is delivered one-to-one or in small groups in remarkable locations. Here, we guide you in the development of your own abilities, based upon who you are and where you’re at, instead of telling you exactly what to do. Everyone takes to the ocean differently.
More than one lesson is needed to develop meaningful ocean skills. Confident surfing and ocean play require your commitment of both time and energy. Technical Coaching.
Our coaches are experts on creating transformations in youth and adults within the areas of surfing, skateboarding and ocean skills. As coach of the Danish Surf Team our head coach travels with elite athletes to major international competitions. His vast and varied experience serves as the basis for OceanMoves structured technical coaching, and is adapted for every level of surfer.
The objective of structured multiple skill layer coaching is to develop and unleash speed, power and flow into your surfing. The bundling of technical knowledge and skills will provide you with a foundation to continue your development long into the future.

Multiple Skill Layers.
A mix of surfing, skateboarding, open water swimming, body surfing, yoga, landbased drill movement exercise,
and flat-water training will be custom-tailored with the coaching team at the beginning of your program. Video analysis is used to help participants visualise and develop their surfing and movement in the ocean and theory classes to develop knowledge and awareness on ocean motions.
